The Buzz’d Bee Services
The Buzz’d Bee is a “dry-hire” mobile bar service. We provide our signature bar rentals, satellite bars, kegs, bartenders, bartending tools, ice, cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, mixers, set-up, tear down & clean up, liquor liability insurance. All you provide is the alcohol.
Each location has it’s own unique, Italian, mobile bar.
Our SoCal location has Pietro the Bar Trike. Pietro is equipped with a 4 tap keg system that’s able to service all of your drink needs. Mocktails, cocktails, cider, beer, wine, etc.
Our St. Louis location has Pamina the Vespa/Vesbar. Pamina is equipped with a 4 tap keg system that’s able to service all of your drink needs. Mocktails, cocktails, cider, beer, wine, etc.
Each location brings a satellite bar, coolers, bartending staff and bartending tools to make your event complete.

How it Works
Customized Quote
Our team will first confirm availability for your event.
From there we schedule a consult and work alongside of you to capture the themed elements, unique experiences, and bar options you are envisioning for your event. We offer a plethora of mix and match options for each event and will discuss every package option, available add-on’s and customize where it’s needed.

Confirmed Booking
We will put together a custom, made-for-you package and quote for your event that details everything you need to make your night a success.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement to hold the date.

Everything is in motion and the countdown has begun! We will stay in touch to work out the event’s logistics and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Remaining 50% balance is due 45 days before your event.

Is Alcohol Included?
We are a dry-bar for hire which means that either you or the venue provide the alcohol. However we have taken all of the thinking off of your checklist! We will work closely with you during your consultation to put together the perfect drink menu and provide you with an alcohol shopping list based on the details of your event.
What does The Buzz’d Bee provide?
We bring our signature bar, satellite bar, bartending staff, and everything else you will need besides the alcohol. This includes things like napkins, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, etc. We provide, cater and customize every package, experience and cocktail to make your event unique and memorable.
How far in advance should we book?
We feel very fortunate to be a part of private events, corporate events, birthday parties and weddings. Due to the planning that goes into these type of events we suggest booking as soon as you have a date/venue secured for your event.
What is your reservation & deposit policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your event. Unfortunately, since we block out your selected date, sometimes 2 years in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds.
What kind of events does The Buzz’d Bee service?
We’re so glad you asked! If there’s a space, we’re there. Birthdays, bridal showers, retirement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, corporate events, backyard bbq’s and much, much more!
What happens if it rains at our outdoor event?
Due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate cancellations due to rain. We will work with you to find the best available option to provide cover for the bar in the event of inclement weather
Is The Buzz’d Bee Mobile Bar licensed?
Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured cocktail bar and party rental company. We carry liquor liability and general liability coverage for each and every event. Your event will have professional, talented, and passionate bartenders ready to make your experience memorable.
How do I know how much alcohol to provide?
Great news! We have that all figured out! Based on your consultation, party size, cocktail menu and length of the event, we calculate exactly what and how much we need. We’ve got you covered!
Do you travel?
Yes! We will take the buzz any and everywhere! Outside of our 30 mile home radius its $2 a mile.
